the books give more imformation and tell the story better.

I'm in the middle of a really good book by Anthony Horowitz. It is the second in a series called the Power of Five - this one is called Evil Star and follows on from Raven's Gate. It is a thrilling adventure story and I recommend it if you want a book you can't put down.

  5. I would highly reccomend any books by Michael Morpurgo. He has lots of amazing books but mostly adventure ones. Although they can be quite dull to start off with once the plot builds up they can get really exciting and are additctive!! Definitely read the butterfly lion if you want something great to read!

  6. I am reading My name is Mina by David Almond (I got it from the school library) and I would recommend it because it is about a girl who is a rebel and she cant be controllrd and wont fit in.The book is her journal about her life.

  7. I am reading a book called "Things I want my daughters to know" by Elizabeth Noble. I haven't gotten very far but I am really enjoying it as it is very interesting, quite exciting and very emotional. I would recommend it but not to any young kids as it is quite unsuitable for younger kids.

  10. At the moment I'm reading "a street cat named bob" I'm on the 3rd chapter and so far its amazing basically of what I've read its about a man who lives in a flat and goes out to the streets everyday and plays his guitar for money and then one day he sees a cat on the doorstep of someones apartment he leaves it a few days but still sees the cat in the same spot! so he looks at the cat more closely and sees he has a bad leg and has a few scratches on its face so he takes him to the vet to check him out the vet gives the cat medicine and says he has to have it a few days anyway the cat and the man gets friendly and there soon enough friends. That's all I've read but its an AMAZING book so please check it out
