Malorie Blackman is crowned Children's Laureate for 2013 - 2015.
The role of Children's Laureate is awarded once every two years to an eminent author of children's books to celebrate outstanding achievement in thier field. She is the eighth author to be bestowed with the honour.
We have the award- winning 'Noughts and Crosses' series and some more of her books available in the library!
